By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent to collect, use, or disclose your personal information.

Essential cookies are always active. They keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember basic preferences. One of them notes, for up to 30 days, the first page you landed on and the site that sent you, and another notes, for up to 90 days, the most recent of our ads you arrived from (its campaign, ad set and ad), so that we can record which channel or ad brought you here and which ad led to a purchase; both are stored on your account, never shared with any advertising or analytics vendor, and hold nothing that identifies your device. The Service cannot function without essential cookies, so they are not subject to consent.
Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and controlled by your choice. Analytics cookies measure how the Service is used. Advertising cookies, set by the advertising platforms we run campaigns on, attribute visits and sign-ups to the campaigns that referred them; they load only with your consent. While those cookies are present, our server also tells that platform when you sign up, start a checkout, complete a purchase, or receive a Detailed reading, identifying you by your email, name and account ID in hashed form together with your IP address, the approximate city and region it indicates, and your browser type, so a campaign is credited even when your browser blocks its code. While you are signed in, the platform's code in your browser receives the same hashed email, name and account ID. If you accepted these cookies while signed in, we keep the platform's browser and click identifiers on your account so that a purchase you later make in our Android app can be reported to the same platform as described in the next paragraph. Selecting "Essential only" removes these cookies and stops these reports.
Separately from cookies, while you are signed in our server keeps a record, under your account ID, of the main steps you take in the Service, such as opening a reading, seeing a price sheet, starting a checkout or finishing a reading, so that we can measure and improve the Service. This happens whichever cookies you choose, holds nothing about your device or browser, is processed for us by our analytics provider, and is never shared with an advertising platform. We also count visits that arrive from our ads, by campaign, without recording who made them.
How your choice is applied depends on your region. In the EU, the EEA, and the UK, no analytics or advertising cookies load until you select "Accept all." Elsewhere, they may load by default, and you can turn them off by selecting "Essential only", and we honor that choice on every subsequent visit. You can reopen these settings any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
In our mobile apps, product analytics operates only as first-party, declared measurement. To measure which of our ads work, the apps share limited activity with advertising partners: that the app was installed or opened, that you created an account, started a checkout or finished a reading, and your purchases with their amount, together with your device's advertising identifier and basic device details (model, operating system, language and time zone). On iPhone, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking when the app asks. Your birth details, questions and readings are never shared with advertising partners. If you accepted advertising cookies on our website while signed in, a purchase you complete in our apps (on iPhone, only if you allowed tracking) may also be reported by our server to those partners with your hashed email, name and account ID; selecting "Essential only" on the website stops this. The apps also send crash reports (app version, device model and operating system) to a service provider so we can fix faults.
Where applicable, we collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent or as otherwise permitted or required by law. By submitting birth details and profile data through the Service, you consent to our use of that information to generate astrological outputs, operate your account, provide support, and maintain service functionality.
If you provide information about another person, including a child or family member, you represent that you have the authority or valid consent to provide that information to us for use in connection with the Service.
We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service. They fall into these categories:

We or our service providers may process or store personal information outside your province, territory, or country of residence, including in countries that may have different privacy laws and may permit access by courts, law enforcement, or regulators in those jurisdictions.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution needs, and technical limitations.
After you delete your account we keep a one-way code (a keyed hash) of your email address, and of your Google account identifier and device identifier where we had them, so that free signup readings are given once per person. The code cannot be turned back into your email address and is used for nothing else.
To make each reading build on the last, the Service extracts and stores key facts you share in conversation, such as details about your career, relationships, health, or finances, and uses them to personalize future readings and transit emails. These facts come only from what you tell us; we do not infer them from outside sources or purchase them.
You can have this stored information purged at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account also removes it.
If you create a compatibility (kundli matching) report and choose to share it, the Service publishes both people's names and the full match results to anyone who has the link. Share links expire automatically after a limited period, and you can revoke a link at any time from the report.
You are responsible for having the other person's consent before sharing a report that contains their details.
If you enable transit alerts in our mobile apps, we store a device token so we can deliver notifications through Apple's and Google's push notification services. You can turn notifications off in the app, which deletes the stored token.
Your personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and processed only by the service providers named in this Privacy Policy. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may create profiles for other people, such as a partner, parent, or child, using their birth details. If someone has entered your details without your involvement and you want to access or remove them, contact [email protected] and we will assist, subject to reasonable identity verification.
The Service is not intended for children under 13 to create their own accounts. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to independently register for the Service.
An adult account holder may create profiles for family members or other persons only if they have authority or valid consent to do so. If we learn that we collected personal information in a manner inconsistent with this policy or applicable law, we may delete the information or restrict the related account.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and update the Effective Date. Where appropriate, we may also provide additional notice through the Service or by email.
