Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and controlled by your choice. Analytics (PostHog) measures how the Service is used. Advertising cookies (Meta and TikTok pixels) attribute visits and sign-ups to the campaigns that referred them; they load only with your consent.
How your choice is applied depends on your region. In the EU, the EEA, and the UK, no analytics or advertising cookies load until you select "Accept all." Elsewhere, they may load by default, and you can turn them off by selecting "Essential only" — a choice we then honor on every subsequent visit. In our mobile apps, advertising pixels are never loaded, and product analytics operates only as first-party, declared measurement.

To make each reading build on the last, the Service extracts and stores key facts you share in conversation — for example about your career, relationships, health, or finances — and uses them to personalize future readings and transit emails. These facts come only from what you tell us; we do not infer them from outside sources or purchase them.
You can have this stored information purged at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account also removes it.
If you create a compatibility (kundli matching) report and choose to share it, the Service publishes both people's names and the full match results to anyone who has the link. Share links expire automatically after a limited period, and you can revoke a link at any time from the report.
You are responsible for having the other person's consent before sharing a report that contains their details.
If you enable transit alerts in our mobile apps, we store a device token so we can deliver notifications through the Apple Push Notification service and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off in the app, which deletes the stored token.
Your personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and processed only by the service providers named in this Privacy Policy. The Service is not intended for children under 13 to create their own accounts. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to independently register for the Service.
An adult account holder may create profiles for family members or other persons only if they have authority or valid consent to do so.
